Service Commitment

After receiving the feedback information about failure of customer lamp,the sales executive informs the customers to reserve the site and informs the customerservice personnel;

The customer service personnel contacts and communicates with the customerin 2 hours, and must arrive at the installation site of customer’s LEDstreetlight within 24 hours;

Upon site investigation and checking, if it is caused by the drivingpower, customer service personnel must make troubleshooting within 8 hours andlight up LED lamp.
